Ambassador Cruise Line chooses Resco, MariApps and BSM Cruise
Rescompany are very excited to be working with MariApps and BSM Cruise to launch Ambassador Cruise Line. Ambassador has taken advantage of the one-stop-shop solution making for seamless installation, integration and communications. Resco will be there to implement advanced PMS and POS, mobile applications for guest passengers and crew as well as Resco’s shoreside Central Fleet Management Systems including the advanced Inventory System and Business Intelligence Dashboards. MariApps is providing the technical digital solutions and BSM Cruise will be managing the new searoster tool to organise the crew working hours in accordance with IMO & STCW 2010.
Already a fleet with 2 ships, Ambience and Ambition, Ambassador Cruise Line is the first new British cruise line to be launched since 2010. Its purpose is to inspire and delight every guest to enjoy an authentic cruise experience, effortlessly and sustainably.
Ambassador Cruise Line is adult-focussed and age-inclusive but predominantly aimed at the 50-plus market. The Ambience will run a number of multi-generation cruises over the summer holidays after her maiden voyage in April 2022.
Ambassador will deliver distinguished cuisine, fascinating voyages on classic cruise ships, great entertainment, and treasured destinations with like-minded guests.
