Granular Access Control
cruisePAL API introduces better-organized endpoints and resources, enabling more precise, granular access control at both the endpoint and method levels. Besides, API access can be granted or restricted at the command or query level for each API user or user group. Access to data is determined by user credentials and restricted to the associated Agency or Company. By default, users can only access their own reservation data. Additional rules may limit access to specific events, itineraries, rates, sale items and more. System or facility owners can be granted broader access across agencies.
Full flexibility for Custom Web Applications
Unlock seamless integration and customization with our efficient API, empowering businesses to build tailored web applications that enhance functionality, streamline processes, and drive innovation.
Modern REST API with OpenAPI standard
In cruisePAL, the existing CRS API logic is exposed via a REST JSON API that adheres to the OpenAPI standard. This ensures compatibility with widely used tools for API client generation across multiple programming frameworks and provides well-structured, interactive documentation to simplify integration efforts.
