xInspector – A mobile-based cruise ship inspection app designed to conduct inspections or audits onboard the vessels. With Issutrax™ xInspector™ you define all your questions, and response types, assign points to questions, set pass/ fail scores, and schedule auto re-inspections. The app allows you to create tickets on failed questions, define and follow corporate standards, and track departmental and user scores.

Versatile Mobile Connectivity

The xInspector™ application connects with the IssuTrax™ server and functions with and without wireless connectivity. This feature enables users to access the application even when wireless connectivity is not available.

 

Customizable Inspection
Framework

xInspector™ cruise app allows you to define all your questions or inspection items in IssuTrax™. You can also define the appropriate responseand assign a point value to each question. During the inspection process. Users can refer to corporate standards, add notes and photos for each question on the inspection. For any issues that do not pass, an issue is automatically created in IssuTrax™.

xInspector™ keeps track of the count of remaining questions and allows the users to save an unfinished inspection. After the inspection is completed, the system will give a score. The inspector and the person in charge of the location will need to electronically sign off on the score.

xInspector™ works in a connected and disconnected network. Each xInspector cruise app on the device has its database which periodically syncs with the shipboard centralized IssuTrax™ database via a Wireless connection.
