eConcierge allows for a vastly faster muster operation. The requirement for paperwork is eliminated and with a quick scanning of the PAX cards, the guest is assigned and counted for. All the while the bridge has a real-time overview of all stations and can act accordingly. Cruise lines can easily check how many people are assigned to muster stations, how many of them checked-in and how many are missing.

eConcierge helps cruise lines to streamline the check-in process for excursions, allowing them to track participants seamlessly as they arrive. Lists of passengers, crew, visitors and staff are also available, as well as their exit and return date and time.
