Agency/ B2B Booking Portal

Agency Web Booking is a portal which allows agencies to see cruise availability, make, and manage existing bookings online via a secure authentication process linked to the client area of an agency contact. Accounts can be linked to a user group in the same way a new user in cruisePAL is created.

When a user logs in, their access level and pricing are determined. In the Agency Portal, the system automatically detects the assigned rules for the user and applies them throughout the booking process.

 

Passenger/ B2C Booking Portal

Direct Web allows guests to book cruises online. Direct Web can be delivered with corporate branding and can be added as a seamless link from a customer’s existing website. We offer out-of-the-box solution, where cruise lines can customize the solution and integrate it with cruisePAL’s CRS module via API. 

You can add a Payment Gateway to this module at the time of booking, enabling the collection of deposits or final payment.

Guest Services Portal​

Web Guest Services portal offers rich functionality to guests. They can manage past or upcoming bookings, edit the manifest info, add any preferences, dietary or medical information, register their credit cards, make payments, and book excursions. Guests can also complete surveys to provide the cruise line with valuable feedback. All survey responses will instantly be available in the Shore application, allowing cruise lines to analyze the data, get to know guests better, and provide the business with the tools to make data-informed strategic decisions.

Brochure Web

This module is designed to capture guests’ interest for brochures, newsletters or other marketing materials. Guests can add their contact information via online forms which create a folio and note entry directly into cruisePAL applications.

API

The API module provides cruise lines with the ability to fully customize and manage their booking process using an external web development company. The simple XML format enables a third party integration to design and fully customize the web form layout and booking sequence. The full API documentation is provided and we work in conjunction with the external Web Development Company to implement this module.
